Magnesium Chromate Coating treatment is increasing corrosion resistance by creating a film layer over alloy surfaces and increasing the adhesion ability on the surfaces to be painted. Coating Classification is done in six different types according to MIL-M-3171 standard. Applications are made according to the customer needs. Application that we use is the Type III of this standard which is called “Dichromate Treatment”.
Performance Tests
Coating performance is calculated by Surface Appearance, Paint Adhesion and Corrosion Resistance tests.
